Neosynchiropus sp.

A young individual of the genus Neosynchiropus is very hard to identify.
So I don't know what it is.
A tiny individual whose size is just 1.5cm.
Looking through the finder,it looks like it is shouting.
And looking more closely, you can see it has red lip !
